Overview

Overview and key benefits.

A practical summary for procurement, R&D and QA teams comparing application fit, format and processing requirements.

Cherry concentrate brings a familiar dessert fruit into a concentrated juice format. It can anchor a cherry drink, add a fruit layer to a dessert sauce or sit within a blend of red fruits. The liquid form gives you room to develop flavour separately from the texture of the finished recipe.

Cherry pairs naturally in culinary thinking with chocolate, vanilla and almond flavours. For a fruit-first direction, combine it with plum or grape; for a dessert, build a cherry component around the cream, cocoa or pastry that will accompany it. The result can be simple and recognisable without losing its individual character.

Country of origin: Iran. 100% natural, with no additives.

Technical notes

How it’s made

Cherries are prepared for juice extraction with their stones separated. Removing part of the water creates a concentrated liquid cherry base.

Familiar cherry character works in drinks, fruit sauces and dessert preparations, providing a liquid starting point for cherry-led recipes.

Questions

A closer look

Can concentrate replace whole cherries in a filling?

It supplies juice character rather than visible fruit pieces. Use it to build the flavour of a filling; choose a separate fruit component when pieces or a pulpy texture are part of the design.
